Shipping policy
Play & Whim delivers toys across Pakistan. Delivery times and fees can vary by city and courier availability.
Coverage
We ship nationwide where our courier partners operate. Remote areas may need extra time or an alternate delivery arrangement — we will contact you if needed.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation (longer during sales or public holidays). You will receive updates by email when the order is confirmed and when it ships.
Delivery estimates
Typical transit is 2–5 business days for major cities after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees; delays can occur due to weather, courier capacity, or incomplete addresses.
Cash on delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready. If nobody is available to receive the parcel after repeated attempts, the order may be returned and may need to be re-ordered.
Free shipping
Promotional free-shipping thresholds (for example orders over a stated PKR amount) are shown on the site when active and may change.
Address accuracy
Provide a complete address, landmark, and reachable phone number. Play & Whim is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
